1. About us & acceptance
This website is operated by Organic Global Trade ("we", "us", "our", or "Organic Global Trade"). By registering for, accessing or using the website and its services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What the Platform is
Organic Global Trade is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers, suppliers, farmers, manufacturers and exporters ("Suppliers"). For listings supplied by Suppliers, we act only as an intermediary providing the technology to facilitate transactions โ we are not the manufacturer, grower or seller of those products, and we do not hold title to them. Where a product is sold directly by Organic Global Trade itself, that will be indicated on the listing.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to register. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
4. Listings, pricing & product claims
Suppliers are solely responsible for their listings, including descriptions, prices, images, stock, quality, packaging, statutory labelling, and any certifications or claims โ including "organic", "natural" or origin claims. Any product described as organic must be backed by valid NPOP, PGS-India or equivalent certification held by the Supplier. We do not independently guarantee the accuracy of every claim and encourage buyers to verify certifications before purchasing in bulk. Prices are as displayed and may change without notice; obvious errors may be corrected.
5. Orders & payments
For store (B2C) orders, your order is an offer to buy which is accepted when we or the Supplier confirm it. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) and/or cash on delivery where available; we do not store your card details. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated. For B2B enquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotation), commercial terms are negotiated directly between buyer and Supplier; Organic Global Trade is not a party to that contract.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content; impersonating others; attempting to gain unauthorised access; scraping data; or using the Platform to sell prohibited or counterfeit goods. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Organic Global Trade name, logo, design and content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission. Suppliers grant us a licence to display their listing content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties relating to third-party products and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between buyers and Suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Organic Global Trade against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
