Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed on Organic Global Trade.

Store (B2C) orders
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.
Returns & replacements
Because many of our products are food and perishable agricultural goods, returns are accepted only where the item is damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered. To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods, opened or used items, and made-to-order or clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 5โ7 business days of approval, depending on your bank. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to details you provide. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
B2B orders & quotations (RFQs)
For bulk and export transactions arranged through enquiries or RFQs, cancellation, return and refund terms are agreed directly between the buyer and the Supplier as part of their commercial contract. Organic Global Trade facilitates the introduction but is not a party to those terms and does not process refunds on behalf of Suppliers for such transactions.
